At Nosara B&B Retreat we are committed to providing delicious, healthy, fresh food for your retreat. We are fortunate to have two extraordinary couples available to prepare food. You are also welcome to choose your own caterer or chef.

Meghan and Isaak

Meg is an accomplished raw food chef. A Rouxbe certified Plant-Based Chef & Raw Food educator. She finds great satisfaction in being able to share her affection for food creativity with others.

Isaak, Meg’s husband is Costa Rican. He grew up appreciating the pure simple foods of rural Costa Rica. They are excited to explore their fusion of diverse styles of food preparation, sharing their knowledge, passion and wisdom.

Francisco and Malau

Malau studied Wholistic Coaching and Vegan food preparation at The Conscious Living Institute in San Jose, Costa Rica. For years she worked in the kitchen of Alchemia, a well-known vegan restaurant in San Jose. At home Francisco learned cooking and a love of traditional Costa Rican cuisine. In Mexico he worked in various restaurants where he grasped the essentials of Mexican cuisine and was inspired to begin his line of salsas.

Working together preparing food as a couple is a joyful and harmonious experience that has brought them closer. Imbued with love and service, they complement each other’s skills.
